PPA Scotland judged the work we did for clients and ourselves as the best in the land, as we snatched a number of wins and enjoyed several runners-up placings over a frenzied two-year period of creativity.
It was a brief flirtation with the magazine sector, but one that opened my eyes to the tier of talent beyond news, and I enjoy tracking the trade still.
They appear to be in rude health, despite the challenges. So much so the industry is now making a bid to make Scotland an international magazine hub.
